Wendy opened the business due to her extensive knowledge of secretarial, administration, accounting, bookkeeping,internet research and reporting experience.
With the changes in modern technology and the internet, Wendy has now made it available to accommodate her clients further afield from Hamilton New Zealand.

Wendy also found that it was not easy to locate a typing/transcription service that was actually affordable and provided a quick turnaround with high-quality output.
