• Flat rate of $50 per hour
• NO mark-up on materials charged to clients. Client provided with receipt for materials purchased to reimburse The Bearded Builder
• Time spent acquiring materials is billed within the hourly rate
• If more than one person is required to carry out your work The Bearded Builder will provide additional labour but with NO hourly mark-up. Client will be billed $50 per hour per person.
• Travel time to a job is billed through hourly rate, you will NOT be charged for mileage or fuel!
